Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders placed before 20:00 (CET) are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 20:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Countries & Timeframes We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is expected within 5 working days.

Shipping Carriers We work with trusted carriers including PostNL, DHL, and other local carriers to ensure your order reaches you reliably. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and availability.

Shipping Costs Shipping is charged at a flat rate per country. Orders above a certain order value qualify for free shipping. Exact rates and free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
