Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise this right instantly, without needing to write a letter or email, through our customer account: Cancel or Return an Order. Simply provide your name and order number, and you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your withdrawal.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Returning the Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Diminished Value of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

Note: Since Olanutri Vitalis sells food products and superfoods, this exclusion is particularly important. Ensure that your products are properly sealed so that opened products can legally fall under the hygiene exemption permitted under EU consumer law.
