2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who is acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.
3. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Olanutri Vitalis.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button (“Buy now”), you submit a binding offer.
Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include applicable VAT.
Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.
If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right not to supply it. In such cases, the customer will be informed without delay and any payments made will be refunded.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
The purchase price is due immediately upon placing the order.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal period:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day you acquire possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Olanutri Vitalis, Ireneweg 5, 2665AN Bleiswijk, Netherlands, Email: info@olanutrivitalis.com) by means of a clear statement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage.
Liability for indirect damages, including loss of profit, is excluded.
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
Dutch law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
14. Contract Language
The contract language is English.
